TDO4L overhaul ?

I have a TDO4L from my 96 WRX wagon with a loud whine. Whats the likely cost of an overhaul for it? its out of the car but I can't see much wrong with it. I also have a TDO5H from a local dismantler but it has a 90 degree upsweep on the inlet so I can't see much use for it unless anyone has any good suggestions? Any recomendations for someone to have a look at it would be appreciated. How about Turbo Technics?

I don't have any contact details, but I'm sure Turbo Dynamics would be able to do the work.

As a side note, how much is a faulty TD04 worth?
I have one sat in the garage. TD wanted £200ish to repair IIRC, so maybe a starting point should somebody want a hybrid?
Is £50 resonable?
