got my 94 wrx now

,could anyone recommend the best engine oil to use for it?
semi/fully synthetic,viscosity etc and how much oil the engine needs when doing an oil and filter change?

castrol, mobil 1 motor sport - 15/50 roughly 4 liters.

Do a search for 'oil' or 'engine oil' - there are dozens of good threads in the General Technical and Drivetrain sections on oils...
