PPP contents confirmation

MY02 WRX with PPP - looking to upgrade a little more and was thinking of a centre de-cat but a couple of people on here are telling me that the PPP includes a de-cat centre section?
Spoke to someone at Scoobynorth and he was happy to sell me a centre de-cat kit after I said I had a PPP already installed and it would give a little extra low/mid power.
Can anyone confirm if the PPP for MY01/MY02 includes a de-cat for the centre section already.

I think the centre section is made up of two pieces, a long and a short pipe.
The PPP replaces the short centre piece which has a cat in it (although I'm not certain).
Someone in the know will no doubt confirm either way.
