If its just the cover you need they are about the £140 mark at retail, depending on whether you can get discount you may be able to get one a fair bit cheaper..

There is a breakers near me that has two Facelift bumpers in stock but he wants £200 +delivery, one is grey and one is Green....

Dan, you should name and shame the person who sold you damaged parts!

P1 bumper, very nice. Its only cause you saw the p1 bumper on MY 95 that you want one! lol. I might have to go for the 19" Diablos as wheel. Lmao. I wouldnt though, 19s to scary for me!

I got the p1 bumper from rally colin for £220 but then had to get it painted of course The only thing that hasnt been done are the foglamps as these are about £400 brand new and are impossible to get second hand!

Once the bumper is on, you will love it though. Glad i changed mine

How identical are our cars gonna look!! i take it you are gonna go for the spot covers too...

I got my STI5 bumper off of a genuine STi5 rally car for £85 delivered. It wasn't the best condition with stickers all over it, but for the price I cant complain!
It did need a little touching up with a soldering iron and blow torch where it was slightly split. But with a skim filler in places and a genuine STI6 splitter (£107 and fits like a glove) you cannot tell. Got me replica covers for £25.00 delivered and just waiting to get it sprayed.

Total cost to date (with Splitter and covers)= £207 + a tube of filler.

Im happy with that as the same guy sprayed my genuine STI5 spoiler for only £100.00.

Talking

A friend of mine had a very minor incident in his MY00, and luckily for me his insurance opted to replace the front bumper.

So i got a slightly split MY00 bumper for nothing . After a bit of heat gun traetment and a tiny bit of plastic welding/filling it was sorted.

Picked it up yesterday after being sprayed in my colour, and fitted it last night

The lot cost me £85 only had to pay for painting), now whos a jammy git. . . . .

Cheers

My turn.. my turn..
MY00 front bumper £90
P1 front lip £100
Fog Covers £25
Just picked it up 20 mins ago, £100 for spraying the splitter, bumper and covers, including filling the holes where the headlight washers were...
Did splash out on some crystal indicators which were £60 ..

All ive gotta do is pick up some 'tigerseal' in the morning and bond the splitter to the bumper

I am so jealous. Wish I had the £ to do it too. BTW Rob, I stuck my splitter on with panel adhesive from Halfords. Cost about £10 for the tube and I use about half of it I think. Good stuff.

Only problem i had was the screws for the indicators, the bumper didnt come with any and the only ones i could get hold of (short notice) were slightly too fat which meant drilling about.5mm out of teh indicator holes..
I had to remove a little bit of the bumper inside to clear the front mount but it doesnt show on the outside..
Just gotta wait until my wheels turn up on friday
i could only afford 18" diablos so not quite in your league i went for the 'high power silver' ones to be different
I cant believe i used to love the look of my car before the facelift.. what a difference!!!!!
You will be so glad that you went for the P1 splitter as well if you are anything like me..
