Apexi timer A/F value O2 voltage

I fitted the latest apexi turbo timer the other week.
At first the fact that i could leave the car to wind down, was enough.
Now i'm tring to work out how to use the thing properly, i come to the a/f value input and i'm stuck
The instructions say : This product contains various a/f and o2 sensor values. The values range between a/f value(1)-O2 sensor voltage (1).....a/f value(8)-O2snesor voltage (8).
it says to use the chart to input the data, on the chart the a/f is laid out like this: 10.0, 12.0, 14.0, 14.6, 15.0, 16.0, 18.0, 20.0 and the O2 sensor is laid out: 960, 940, 820, 450, 010, 006, 004, 002.
All i want to know is what to input the a/f and the O2 as?
