02 sensor/how much

sorry but these things are not really "cleanable" as it is the sensor inside that fails, it does not normally simply get coked with soot.
Sensors can vary with symptoms of rough running, high/weak fuel useage, only real sure way is to run an emission test, that will confirm if oxygen sensor or "maf" sensor .
oxygen sensor can cost between 75.00 and 130, depending on where purchased I suppose, maf sensors if at fault will cost a bit more and dont look for change under 200.00.
So, before spending out, pop it to local garage and get emissions checked, that will confirm from exhaust gas output, which is causing the problem, its better than trial and error.

If it's the MAF sensor then don't get conned into paying over the odds The dealers are at it big style on this one

Hope that helps
PS If it is the MAF then try a quick spray of Unipart brake cleaner (from Halfords £4.99) in the pipe leading from the air filter housing. Works wonders if the MAF isn't 100% sh4gged
