Hiya folks - please help!!!

When sticking my foot to the floor in Third, Forth and especially Fifth Gear. It appears as if my clutch is slipping whilst the car revs slightly and then the car catches up - it does this every 1000RPM round the rev counter??? what is it and how can it be rectified, preferably easily????

car is a MY99 Turbo impreza, centre pipe and backbox modified with TSL 4inch tail and pipe!!!

All help much welcome'd - Cheers in advance!
