Hi

Where can I find a bonnet scoop/opening like the one on the 2002 WRC car...not the one over the IC (which is not there in the WRC car, I know...the smaller one up front...?

I have seen a pic of a WRX with one...

Thanks

Bruce

I wouldn't really call it a scoop, more of a vent. The air comes thru' the front grill then thru' the intercooler and out the back of the intercooler through the vent...... helps to suck air thru' the intercooler.

Bollox all use of the road car tho 'cos your intercooler isn't there...... each to their own really. I believe TSL do a non functional copy.

That's quite a bonnet scoop!! although you may find yourself plucking dead sparrows out of it after a trip to the shops!!

Thanks Caz...exactly the one I mean...
Tone, thanks for the explanation...cleared a few things up for me...

I want to get rid of engine heat, so this doesn't seem the right way to go...But it looks wicked, though...

Cheers

Caz,
Try this:

Open Norton security,

Click "Options"
Click "Advanced options"
Click "Add site"
Remove "www." and type: upload.turbosport.co.uk
Click "OK"
Click the "Privacy" tab
Check the "Use these rules for upload.turbosport.co.uk" box
Select "Permit" for Cookies, Referer and Browser menus
Click "Apply"
Click "OK"

You may have to restart the machine for the new settings to be updated!!

Andy

That scoop is one that TSL laid onto his bonnet to take a photo.
