tell me this is how the fuel pump is supposed to be, right ?

the difference between old jecs and new walbro is the end connecters are reversed, had to bend the pick up pipe to ensure the pump stayed parallel with the bracket and also to ensure snug fit with rubber isolator on the bottom of the pump.

this is the old pump.


This is how I had to fit the new one.
