should i get flames out of the exhaust

i have a scoobysport up pipe, down pipe, and blitz cat back, no cats, hks dump valve vta, and hks induction kit, and the ecu has been re mapped, never had flames,is there a technique to make this happen??

How do you know youve never had flames ??
As far as i know your set up looks right for flames but the exhaust has got to be hot, flames come from the unburnt fuel burning in the exhaust usualy when the engine over runs
ie. give it some WOT and then back off and it should pop and bang as the revs lower but the exhaust has got to be hot hot hot.
