Question

Some other scoobynetters and I are having the same problem with our cars. Some of us have decat downpipes, some don't, the noise is a metallic creaking noise that appears to be coming from where the downpipe connects to the mid section, only happens when it's all nice and hot. Is there such thing as "heat shrink" that could cause either pipe to shrink a little and therefore generate the noise. When the engine/pipes cool down, noise goes away.

TSL Downpipe, standard mid section & Scoobysport BB.

Cheers,

Leigh
