I think people are getting a bit fed up talking about oils for Scoobs!
Any well known brand of 5/40 and above full synthetic is fine. Most favoured seem to be Mobil 1 15/50, Castrol RS 10/60, Motul 15/50, Silkoline 10/50 and probably a few more I've forgotten!
Don't dismiss semi-synthetics from the major manufacturers if you want to save a few quid.

I used to use the Castrol RS 10W/60 but have swapped over to the Motul 300V 15W/50 after Trout found it had the best oil pressure out of the Mobile 1 Motorsport, and the Castrol RS, even after some laps on the track.

Cheers,

Wrexy.

John I agree bout the sick of repetetive posts, Im possitive an 'Archive' Section which contained static posts about: How to change the oil, and how to change the plugs. Basicaly all the questions that everyone who is new asks. That would free up the boards and give the newbies the answers they need. Seem logical to me !
