got some lockwood white dials yesterday, well pleased....

my gf and cousin tried putting them on, they pulled the needles out of the speedometre and revs...and broke the temp and fuel. I am ok without the temp and fuel for a short while but i need the speed back NOW! any ideas people?? thanks

Had a nightmare with mine, bust fuel and rev counter wouldn't go back on properly. Had to get a new fuel gauge cos the needles are fixed in and can't be replaced on their own. What is actually wrong with your speedo? Rev counter eventually went back in properly but took me about 50 attempts and about 2 hours of swearing. Seemed to go in ok but then wouldn't work, so had to keep removing it and re-inserting it until it eventually worked (albeit about 200 rpm over what it should but I can live with that)

Got mine second hand for £15. Think the going rate is about £90 for whole console I'm afraid. I was VERY careful fitting my replacement one.
