Need new battery, and I'm pretty useless at electrics.

My car is a jap import and has the following info on the battery - just want to check that its the right one. I have air-con, so I believe its better to go heavy duty for this?

My battery this info (sorry wrote it all, can tell whats important from it):

'12V 75Ah (5HR60AH) RC125MIN CCA 630ADIM290A'

Went to halfords and the help booklet Subaru details didn't match, hence i need you guys to help me out here!

Thanks,
Marky

I got a heavy duty battery from halfords for my 93 WRX, just make sure it has the correct terminals on, no problems.

fit it & forget it

I thought the AH value was important for fitting a battery?

Mine is a jap import and says 75Ah, but UK Subaru is 65 or 60Ah. Does it make a difference??

Ah is ampage per hour, its the rating of the chargine system, like I said stick a heavy duty jobbie in & forget it, mine was done about 3 years ago when I got the car no problems since.
