I would like to find out where and how much I can get the Instrument Panel for the RB5 showing the speed in MPH and tachometer redlining at 6700RPM's or so.

If any of you could do me the big favor and calling the dealership to get a part number for the speedometer and tachometer, I will greatly appreciate it.

You could try Grade-a Subaru breakers on 00 44 1663 744144.
Usually helpfull. The RB5 dash is the same as a MY 98 /99/00.
With the exception of the WR Sport decal on the pro drive one.

My brother and my mate both have these and for a substantial cash amount I will steal them for you . No only joking.

As above what Jason says is correct. My local dealer should be able to supply if you don't get any luck with the breakers mate.
