Talking

Was trying to find my hks filter in the garage junk, cause wifey said it was either in there or the bin last week

Anyway managed to find it and found this, which i knocked up a while back for my old MY99. It worked reasonably well IIRC.

Got better mileage to the tank for some reason, was probably running lean though.

This should give you a clue, for those that had not guessed.

Used to have some rubber round the edges that sealed it to the bonnet but dont know whats happened to them.

Are you giving it away by any remote chance? I wouldn't mind relieving you of it.

P20, thanks for the interest

Yeah, its going ok thanks, very different in some ways but many things remain the same...if that makes sense???

I have my son with me (Mole) he is doing a bit of labouring work to pay for all his 'bits' for his car, he has just passed his driving test and is 'loading up' on 'mods'

I have to drive his car sometimes...lovely car (new Polo 1.4) but it aint got 300 brake

Cheers for now...oh and I aint got internet in the day
