Question

Not sure what shes boosting at the mo, need a gauge pack soon though to sort that minor problem out, then hopefully the slight (very but annoying) overboosting (which can be more than slight sometimes) will be sorted

You can't set up the restrictors properly without a boost gauge. Let me know some numbers when you get a gauge.

Yes 1.3mm, but I say forget it and fit an HKS fuel cut defencer (lifts not abolishes fuel cut) and put a 1.1mm in Or just slap a Dawes on. You know you want to. Then it will be 1.3 bar instead of 1.3mm

What is it boosting to now?
