Speedo Calibration

Hi all, I have a feeling my speedo is out by 5-10 mph, is there any way of checking or Calibration?? I have a 97 Sti-3 on 17/215/45 wheels/tyres. A Possible connection is that the speedo clicks when you drive & it gets faster as the car goes faster. Any help is appreciated!
