Whilst driving to work this morning I lost all power during an overtaking maneuver. When I subsequently stopped the engine stalled.

It restarted ok but the car now judders on boost (anything over about 0.7 bar), seeks between 200 and 1000rpm when idling and the check engine light is on.

Any ideas?

Matt

When my idling started hunting between 200-1000 rpm, along with stalling it was found that the MAF sensor was faulty. Replaced under warrenty with no issues, although I didn't have the check engine light come on.

I'm sure a dealer will be able to find the issue, as the Select Monitor will be able to read the check engine error number.

Cheers for the reply. The MAF sensor has gone off before but the only symptom then was the check engine light.
