I don't even know if I'll get one (I think I won't but I still have hope), but I'd like to have a clearer idea of how many and what mods can be done to a 93 legacy turbo.
My ideas are a boost controller, an atmospheric bov (just for the "pssst" :P), shorter springs along with new shocks, anti roll bars. And with time and money, maybe a new turbo, maybe an air to air intercooler, maybe forged pistons, maybe some brake upgrade, and that's about it.
Any more mods that I could add to my list?

well, the most obvious one being a full exhaust system. The other mods are sound, but if you go that far, think about a management system, definately uprated fuel pump, probably bigger injetcors, the list goes on.
It only depends on how deep your pockets are

thanks a lot for the reply. The exhaust sounds like a good idea, as well as the others you listed.
If you have any more ideas please post them inspite of a high price, the thing I'd like to know the "mod potential" of the car, even though I probably won't be able to afford many mods :P .....so any ideas are welcome

The mod potential is high, most of the tuning stuff for pre 97 impreza's will fit, and you can also fit suspension, brakes, strut braces, gearboxes, diffs, wheels and so on from classic shape impreza's (upto 2000).
