I get a strange electrical buzzing noise from the dash board / steering column every time I turn right?
It's as if something is shorting out! Any ideas??
I think the steering feels querky too- although that might just be electrical buzzing induced paranoia!!
Should I stop using the car until I know whats happening?

Why dont you try dropping the plastic column aroung the wheel area and start the car up and turn the wheel while under the column.It might be a trapped wire or loose wires in the mulit connectors for lights,indicators?Worth a look before shelling out poke at a garage.
