John has anything been brought out for the Sti v7 yet from ecutek?

This seems to me a better proposition than the prodrive ppp route?

Not yet, but a MY02 WRX has had some parts reprogrammed as a prototype, so it should not be too long.

Hawkeye,
as all the info on the STi7 PPP hasnt quite been released just yet id wait and see what Subaru UK offer first, i think for 2k the warranty issue and the fact that Prodrive know exactly what they have done and exactly how to tune a new engine like the VVC one such as this one id give it a chance
The PPP is an unknown entity at this moment in time, Prodrive have no doubt taken alot of time and effort to re-map this ecu and until its delivered to the customer (abeit warrantied) then no one knows exactly what to expect.....
The Ecutek may be a good option but i think mainly for the owners of JDM STi7's

Tony, I think we will find the STi PPP will not actually be a remap at all, but we'll have to wait and see Only STi, Subaru and Ecutek can/are reflashing the original ECUs AFAIK.
