My MY01 has a nasty rattle coming from the dashboard. It's coming from the plastic windscreen vent strip. Are these easily removed so I can put some padding behing it?

I heard Yorkie is good at rattle fixing Any ideas?

I have the same problem on mine - so you're not alone. If someone
has had this and got it fixed, please let us know...

It's a MY01. Bring it back to Subaru and let them fix it properly?
I have a rattle from my steering column cowling but haven't had the time to get back to them yet. I will be though.

As far as I am concerned, its a Scooby, not a Beemer. No point
in chasing rattles, cos as you fix one, another will show
face somewhere else. Turn up the CD player and add some welly,
that should at least drown out most rattles....lol

My MY01 has a similar rattle. I thought it might be the 'sunshine/heat' sensor in the middle of the dash or the windscreen air ducting under the centre pod. Let us know how you get on...
