tinny/creaking noise when pulling away... ????

when i first turn the car on and pull away i hear a tinny creaking noise from the engine bay area, does anyone have any ideas what this might be???

There was a load on this a while ago, as far as I remember it could be the brake pipes that run along the bulkhead inside the engine bay, rubbing against the bulkhead.
You can try to eliminate it by 'wedging' a piece of rubber or foam between the pipes and the bulkhead.

It could be the flexible joint on the exhaust. Where the downpipe meets the centre pipe. As you pull away under load the engine moves with the downpipe and where the centre pipe doesnt you get a creaking sound. I think this should be normal.
