Hi All,
Looking for a little info. Later I am going looking at an Imopreza tonight. It turns out the guy selling it hit a small furry animal on a country road. Anything specific I should look out for (especially under the car)

Thanks,

Andy.

Check radiators (aircon too if you have it) condition and mounting (they are easily pushed back) - small furry animals normally end up in the front air dam in a head-on strike......not that I make a habit of such things.

Wink

Well as long as the small furry animal wasnt a badger you should be ok but check the bumper/splitter to make sure it hasnt cracked under the impact.

If it's a fresh kill then watch out for gut stench a few days later - very hard if it's sprayed everywhere...

Check for the big furry animal that was eating the small furry animal. It might only be injured and living happily in your engine bay

Any damage should be obvious with a quick check of the front and the rad.
