From memory, about two years ago....
  • Take the front of the wheelarch splash gaurds out
  • A bolt either side, in the wheel arch going up into the wing (10mm)
  • Take the side lights out (philips screw, then pull forwards)
  • Grille, not sure, few clips, not hard
  • Headlights, two bolts on top, two where the sidlight was (10mm)
  • Indicators, (philips screw plus wiring clip)
  • Clips along the top of the bumper, poke the centre out with a screwdriver first
  • One bolt, right in the centre, below the number plate
  • One bolt, both sides, goes upwards towards the chassis rail, you'll have to get on your back and go underneath (17mm)
  • Pull the bumper forward and unplug the head lamp washer, if fitted

Blimey, I should do this for a living

It's quite an easy job really, you'll prolly be better jacking the front up and get someone to help you lift the bumper off.

Bob

Sod the head lights and side lights. I took mine of last weekend (MY93) and did it this way.

1. Take out the 3 bolts on the fogs, this will also remove the indicator. Unplug the wires.
2. Take the bolts out of the wheel arch like Bob says.
2. Pop the bonnet and then you will see 2 big bolts (each side) near the battery and the air filter. Undo these and the whole bumper (not just the skin) slides off.

**** of pi$$,

Tony.

Cool

When I did my side skirts, I managed to knacker a few clips, but my local dealer got me a full set for about £2. Worth it in the end. I wouldn't pop-rivet owt you might want it off again! In fact you almost certainly will as soon as you pop rivet it!!
