I had the issue of my Impreza not starting with the fuel pump not engaging and solved it. I put together this video in case someone else comes across that the fuel pump is not turning on and thus their Impreza won't start -
If your fuel pmp is not enaging it could be many things:
- Bad Ground
- Faulty Relay
- Blown Fuse
- Disconnected/Faulty Sensor
- Bad aftermarket wiring
... or in my case the "burnt" connector issue
