Default 2005 STI Coolant

Hi Guys,
I bought a 2005 STi Widetrack back last year. Its had a majority of Subaru Main Dealer service, but the last few have been a Subaru specialist in Essex. I need to change the coolant. The current coolant is blue/green. What I dont know is what type it is (OAT or IAT). What do you guys do with the coolant? The workshop manual states use Genuine Subaru Coolant, does this still exist for a car manufactured in 2005? If not, what are you guys using? Is a straight OAT coolant suitable or should I be using something else?

Also, Subaru recommend 'Coolant Conditioner' which I believe is Radweld. Is this recommended to add as I do not know if the head gaskets have ever been changed?

Thanks all.
