Question Belt problems

Rubbing noise on starting 06 Hawkeye. Both accessory belts no longer central on pulleys.
Belts replaced a year ago. Don’t seem loose on initial inspection.
Do I need to be suspicious of bottom pulley with rubber insert or is it safe to reposition and retighten ?

If left it usually eats the timing covers and causes awful bother.

Default Pulley

Does anyone know if the pulleys vary across Impreza versions or are they interchangeable?

They vary by engine size and "grade"

For Hawkeye STI and WRX it's p/n 12305AA251 superceded by 12305AA252
