So, I just got my ej257 swap build running and I'm having an issue when I start up the car it climbs to 5-6k and did there. I still need to check my codes today but, upon visual inspection, all vacuum lines look good and tight, the throttle cable works and moves freely without getting stuck, and cruise control is disconnected currently.
I've ordered a new iacv to try and another used low mileage throttle body I found on eBay. Also, waiting on a smoke EVAP leak tester from Amazon to double check for leaks.Has anyone else had this similar issue?

Air leaks? soapy water around all joints can find them, the idle will change when you are in the right area.
