Default Valve to valve interferece - now bent?

I'm just in the process of refitting my timing belt after having the heads off and had a moment of stupidity. While trying to rotate the camshafts into the correct positions I think I managed to cause the valves to bash against each other. This is on the right-hand side (when looking at the front of the engine). There was a definite crunching sensation as the lower cam was rotated (the wrong way by me!), so probably the valves clipping each other.
What chance have I bent the valves doing this? Is there a convenient way of checking without taking the head off again? I don't have the inlet manifold attached yet, and the engine is one a stand as the moment.

Unless you really swung on them you should be OK.

Thinking of the amount of force I would need to exert to bend a valve, I certainly wasn't giving it much effort to rotate the sprocket.
