Default Rear door locking

Hey guys, I noticed tonight that my rear passenger door doesn't lock on my hawkeye impreza. All the other locks are working OK, is there a common problem with the locks on imprezas? My first time using this forum and hoping to stick about.

Is this UK/ European or JDM??
UK RHD cars come with double locking door locks to comply with Thatcham, would assume the same for NI.
Usually not a problem. Is it all the time? When using the key fob button; when using the key in the drivers door lock; using the internal drivers armrest lock button, using the rear passenger door lock switch in the inner handle??

Attached are 3 PDF's showing the related wiring diagrams, which may help to pin point the problem area, and a diagnostics/inspection PDF

It's a 07 UK STI, the door wouldnt lock with the key or remote. I had the child locks turned on for the kids and I thought I try turning them off and now I have a locking door!
