Hey all,
newbie again can anyone recommend a mechanic in Yeovil or close to. I suspect my turbo is on the way out. Expensive times ahead. Getting loss of power erratic dump valve behaviour and whining whistling noise.

 

I'm not from that side of the country but what I will say is check your PCV valve. That might have caused your turbo to fail.

 

Hi mate, what about enginetuner in Plymouth? I know it’s about 1 hour 30mins away but he’s one of the best in the business and it’s definitely worth the travel or get it trailered there. Don’t let some back street garage sort it as it will cost more in the long run when the experts have got to fix there mess. Get to enginetuner mate you won’t regret it. Cheers,
