Default Replacing MAF RR Reading

I tried replacing my MAF last week on my 04 Sti.

on changing with a genuine denso MAF the car on idle ran very rough.

I cleaned my original part with contact cleaner and has been fine since.

I have purchased a vag com and ran RomRaider logger.

please see attached are these readings ok? This is using the current MAF
should I try the new MAF and check reading?

Current mods
Perrin intake
fuel race pump
sports cat

Cars driving fine but I changed for a new maf and was rough at idle

would like to know if it’s a faulty MAF or I need an ecu reset

what do I need to look for and what should the readings be??
