Default Help please!! S206 turbo help needed

Hi Guys,

I was hoping If someone could help me. I recently bought a Turbo Technics s206 turbo 2nd hand. It came with no fittings.

I was wondering someone could provide me the following:

  1. Does the existing oil feed line and banjo bolt straight in to the s206 (currently running a vf 35)?

  1. What size barb fitting do I need for the return line?

  1. For the coolant pipes on both sides, does the existing banjos fit straight on and what size are the banjo bolts? They seem a lot bigger than the standard fit ones

Any help is very appreciated.

sorry if I sound Abit thick

Contact engine tuner in plymouth, speak to Alan as the s206 turbo had some issues and Alan stopped using them.

Your turbo may be perfectly ok but i would advise you give him a call.

Also if a fitting kit is hard to come by, you can probably make one up fairly easily using JIC hose connectors and banjo fittings. I did that in the past when fitting non standard turbo (not on an Impreza), and it worked very well (and looked blingy with stainless steel braided hoses)

The hardest part would be replicating the oil drain, as it's so hidden away on the subaru, but it is definitely doable.

Problem with JIC fittings + hoses are that they're quite expensive, but at least they'd allow you to run the turbo.
