Default Phantom steam help

So I don’t use the car as much as I’d like to due to work commitments. So I thought I would start it up and eat it run up to temp in the garage. I noticed a little coolant under the car before Christmas but couldn’t see any dripping. however started today and I’ve noticed a slight bit of steam what smells like coolant from the area circled in the picture below.
Does anybody have any suggestions

You have two metal pipes that run up there for the heater feed and header tank plus the main block water crossover back to the radiator.....
