I personally use the VW/SEAT/SKODA/AUDI G12plus coolant which is designed for aluminium engines (also i get it well cheap through my bro!)

Well first thing is, do you have any particular reason why you want it to run 30% cooler? The best temperature for it is the temperature it's supposed to run at. And if you've got an issue with overheating then you probably need to look at more than just changing the coolant.

I've just bought some Mobil stuff from Halfords. Suitable for aluminium engines, looks techy on the back label, job done. Halfords do their own fancy one as well.

HI No problem with car was just wondering if boost levels and hard driving raise the temps would a coolant like this help, ive also heard of another product called water weter (thought water was wet ) apparently this raises the boiling point of water to, thought it might help as when sitting in traffic temps rise. the car should still run at opptimum temp due to thermostat shouldnt it ?
