Default Engine horsepower

Am new hier and to the Subaru community.
I just acquired a used Wrx N12 2007. It is a 1,994cc displacement with a turbo. 260km/hr. The car is in Uganda and they gat no dynos down there. I was reading somewhere and they claim it can make only 160 horses. I don’t want to believe that I am hoping that someone here could

tell me something different. I was thinking somewhere between 220-240 horses.

I believe a JDM Newage WRX is rated at 250 Ps / 246 BHP

An N12 version 270BHP

160 sounds like normally aspirated (non turbo) power.
