your wrx will have a td04 turbo as standard

typical power upgrade route is

-sti pink injectors
-sti top mount intercooler with undertray (front mount intercooler isnt needed at your level)
-sti inlet manifold
-sti turbo which is called the vf35 but also you could use vf34/vf30/vf28 all should give anywhere between 330bhp-350bhp. my vf35 on my old wrx made 355bhp with 365ftlbs torque
-uprated fuel pump
-decent panel filter or an rcm induction kit which sound awesome
-spark plugs ngkpfr7b
-decat downpipe
-sti de-cat up-pipe

dont forget that the wrx isnt the strngest of the impreza range and as such your engine/gearbox will be on borrowed time around the 330-350bhp range.

also make sure dont forget about brakes/tyres/suspension/clutch as all will need upgrading to handle the power increase.
oh and make sure you get it mapped aswell by somebody with a decent reputation.

The sheksta

forgot to mention forced air induction brakes suspension and tyres have already been upgraded am only looking to break the 300bhp Mark as don't want to stress engine and gearbox to much would be happy with 310-320bhp as it is more of a show car than a street racer, was looking at vf35 turbo as I believe they are direct bolt.on replacement with no mods needed ( correct me if I'm wrong on that) already have the front mount more for looms in engine bay than great bhp gains really as the bay is mostly chrome covered so wanted the big pipework as well

cheers

yes vf35 is a bolt on, you could also look at a hybrid td04 which should give you the power you require, speak with turbo dynamics about it
