Default JDM legacy. More power steering problems.

The power steering hose from the pump to the rack on my 2006 twinscroll legacy has split, pouring PS fluid over the top of the engine.
Anyone know where I can get one and how hard these are to fit?

Pirtek could make you one if you send it to them. Just a thought if you are struggling to find a genuine part.

There is a pirtek up the road. Given that subaru can't find a replacement hose in the UK taking the old hose up there is my best bet.

I had this on an old bmw.
I drove to local pirtek and removed the hose in car park and they did there and then for about 20 quid.
was a few years ago now though.
and the steering was heavy going getting it there.

Hope so, otherwise I'll have to fly one in from Japan. I'll go there this morning and see how I get on.
