Default 4 bar map sensor question before mapping

Hi people in need of some advise, my car is due in with duncan on 5th april.
I was doing finishing touchs to have it ready, i fitted the perrin 4 bar map sensor and the car ran like crap, is this down to the map sensor, i have fitted the old one back on but havent had time to start it up since but do i just take the sensor down with me and stick it on before the mapping and is it normal to make my car run like rubbish without a map.
Its a 04 sti blob eye any advise would be great 👍

Yep will run crap if not mapped in.
4bar map sensor might be overkill if you're not looking for BIG boost?
What turbo are you going to run?
What did the mapper Duncan suggest?

Sounds like it's not quite standard! Lovely
4 bar map sensor should fit in well

yes the 4bar map sensor unmapped will have it running like a pig. Make sure when fitting that the little rubber o-ring is well seated as I've seen a few that like to leak a little and give a duff reading.

Hopefully there's a nice set of rails to go with the braided lines and the FPR?
