have got error code p 1513 on non turbo 2.0 , can anyone help with solution .

 

Your error code suggest Idle air control valve

 

have tried 3 iacvs , 1 genuine , 2 aftermarket , still same results , runs rough low idle , have to pedal it to start,

 

have you tested the associated wiring loom ?

 

wiring checked all engine bay from two main connector blocks all ok

 

What car is it on ?

 

car is 2000 impreza sport non turbo

thanks for info , no joy afraid list what I have found
pins 1and 2 on ecu to earth 10.9 volts , resistance on iacv both after market and genuine on 20 ohms scale 0.03 , voltage from iacv pin 2 to earth 12.4 v.
other things that I have found when reved pin 2 voltage on iacv connector goes up to 14 v (alternator voltage ) ?
when it does idle , switch lights on and dies'
used mates solus scanner if tps set at .5v idle switch switches off , adjust to .2v and idle switches on ,
let car idle for 5 min switch off , start up again , goes to pot.

 

in reading p 1513 isc solenoid valve signal #2 high imput .
any suggestions were high imputs could come from
