Default Help identifying Tm on steering wheel cowling

Can anyone help me identify what this is? It seems like it might be a button but I dare not touch it too much...

It doesn't seem to work, but thank you for the info, maybe one day I'll pull it apart and see if it's just a bad connection, or fully removed/disabled.

Ah, good old Traffic Maaaaarster.

Had it on a Xantia.

It did nothing at all for YEARS, then suddenly started announcing, "Traffic Maaaarster, license expired. Please ring....to renew license," every blinking time I started the car. And could I stop it? Nope

That's made my day, I really hope it doesn't start doing that for me though!
