faulty clutch Import

can somebody help.
I bought a holland WRX last year. After6months I took it for 1st service and complained the clutch was smelling, 'should settle down' after one year, (3 days out of wrranty) car would not go into 3rd. After £1k rebuild of gearbox and new clucth, the same smellis coming frm clutch from normal driving, (my last car did 110k on clutch, so not my driving!!
Problem, Th fault is from new, yet dealer ship does not want to know, and it looks like I am going to have same £1k bill in next 10,000miles.
Who do I complain to?

You have to complain to subaru holland or your supplying dealer, you could see if your uk dealer will help you out and claim through subaru uk and let them claim back from subaru holland but that can take time
