On a 95 wrx, it started off intermittant , 1st of all the function when you pull the wiper stork toward you started to fail, id pull the stork and the wipers would move but once the stork was released they would just stop where they were, holding the stork toward me made them keep going until i released the stork.

Now, that function is continuously failing as above and now the 1st and 2nd function of the stork doesnt work at all 9intermittant timed and normal operation) and the only function to work is full speed.

So, is it the switch / squib unit around the steering wheel at fault or something else, a relay for example ?
