Default Walbro 450 fuel pump question

hi people need some advise what will a walbro 450 intank pump run on a 2.5 block i have been told 500 would be max but it does state on site that its could support upto 800 ill be using a fuel lab reg aswell but didnt want to go down the road of swirl pot and 2 pumps, im looking to have the pump run a max of 550 but is this possible with this pump on vpower any advise would be great

My 340lph with standard regulator is fine at 460 so I'm sure with a regulator the 450 will hit those numbers

I wouldn't count on a single in tank pump for those kind of numbers... 550 on vpower is questionable on it's own. You didn't mention if thats measured on the wheels or the crank?

yes we have had 450 kits outflow Bosch 044's and support cars running into 600.........

you need to look at the overall fuel system though and not simply a pump
