Default WRX 2.5 turbo seals gone

Blue smoke from exhaust at idle, and a whisp of smoke from the turbo housing. I'm guessing the turbo seals have gone south - what are my options? Does the turbo need a rebuild?

Car's on 108k and stock aside from PPP. Based near Oxford if anyone has any local recommendations as I need it back on the road fairly soon!

Thanks for the help all. I've not got round to fixing this yet (we currently have no fewer than 5 cars and a trailer cluttering up the driveway!) but after its initial 'toys-out-of-the-pram' moment it's been good as gold. No smoke from exhaust or turbo housing, no oil usage, boosting correctly etc. Is it wishful thinking that it could have been a one-time thing? Or is it more likely an early sign of failure and time to get a new snail on there pronto?
