A couple of days ago 50% of my coolant said hello to the road thanks to a blown hose. As a result I decided to replace all coolant hoses with reinforced ones, but I can't seem to find a decent kit that includes everything. I need all the hoses, not only the visible ones - the ones under the manifold, under the turbo, etc.

Any suggestions?

 

I went down the samco route for me hawk but even then the sets available dint include every hose i wanted to change

 

Which ones are missing? I've noticed that all kits include only the visible and not troublesome hoses...

 

Splashed out on every hose set available but they dint include brake servo vacuum hose, dump valve hose or a couple of hoses that came off the intercooler

 

I've used viper performance hoses on my hawk. They are superb quality and not as expensive as samco or mishimoto.

Might be worth a look....

 

They are on my list for now, but I can't find any information about which hoses are in the kit. Do they include both the turbo and under the manifold ones?

My scrabbaru is somewhat heavily modified all vacuum/breather/intercooler hoses are useless to me. Hence I'm after all coolants only.

 

from experience ive found the 2 water pump hoses arent included in the kits either.

 

Samco ancillary coolant set has 13 hoses in it, don't ask me where they go tho lol coz had um put on when it went in for a service, most websites carry pics of the hoses in the sets if that helps at all

 

Only pics ain't enough... Most of the hose have pretty much the same shape... Does the samco kit include ventilation/vacuum hoses as well?

 

Why would you think a coolant hose kit would include those?

 

A good suggestion would be for you to start with you telling us what age car you have, and maybe an inclination as to how modified it may or may not be.

Help yourself by helping us out with some information. I certainly haven't read all of those 10 posts you've made.

 

They used to include different hoses when they were a 9 piece set but changed some of the hoses when it changed to a 13 piece set

 

It's a '05 blob. Built, stroked, stripped, fmic, reversed manifold, stock location turbo, all PCV lines routed elsewhere, lots more but irrelevant to coolant hoses (they are all stock).

I'm currently trying to figure out which hoses are included in the viper performance kit, even though it's kind of pricey at 240 euros...

 

You can buy vacuum hose in numerous sizes starting as small as 3mm going right up to 25mm on eBay, that said the cheap cheap stuff is probably s*it, but can still get good quality stuff for not silly money, samco sets don't include it but they too sell vacuum hoses in various lengths/diameters

 

I don't need vacuum hoses... I already replaced all of them because they had to be rerouted. I need only the coolant ones and they need to be the proper shape.

Yeah I did, because if the kit is 11 hoses and 5-6 of them are vacuum/pcv, they won't include all coolant hoses for sure.

 

Yeah see ya point, Roose motorsport do a 18 piece ancillary set for a blob, but yet again can't really tell from the pics if these are the ones ya gonna be making use of, and their still over 220 quid a set
