What route to take to achieve about 320HP?

What route to take to achieve about 320HP?
Hello folks,
the title more or less describes it, I've searched for similiar topics on the internet but didn't find something helpful for me.
My question is already written in the title.
My car is a Subaru Impreza WRX 2001 GD, Stock except HKS SSQV Blow Off and in the next few days a Toyosports 3" Catback. Also have a K&N Sport Air Filter if thats anything to go by. In the Future I'd like to achieve somewhere around 320HP. But how?
Just a simple ECU Remap won't do it I guess..
I've heard of the likes of Ecutek, but just redoing ECU and gaining more Power without any issues seems, I don't know, strange to me?
I'd like to have the car as reliable as possible with that power figure. (As everyone wants). So I guess I'd need to mod quite a bit to gain 100HP. What would be some suggestions on that route?
