Default Shopping list

Hi all, hope this is the right place.

After some advice. For a while ive been wanting to get hold of a blob eye as a project car, buying it, SORNing and throwing everything on in 1 go. A road going missle if you will. i was wondering if you guys could give me a shopping list of sorts of what I'd need to hit the big 400bhp mark. Or is it a case that it's just not feasible? I'd love to do it to a hawkeye but don't think my budget would stretch to one of those and a whole heap of mods lol

Any help would be appreciated. Any members done this already and have a build thread?

Cheers

says blob, but not wrx. If you start with a wrx to get to 400 your into engine build territory and price will go waaay up

My car owes me 6.5k in total including bits I've sold to recoup money, and runs approx 400ish bhp. All parts have been bought second hand

I know a lad round my way who run 450bhp blob sti, standard engine running md321t turbo, bigger injectors, front mount, 3" exhaust & remap, and it's been like it for couple years now. Apart from the map it's all bolt on stuff

Pretty misleading though, car cost you less than a grand and you have done all the work yourself. (not that im saying thats a bad thing, im just saying its gonna totlay change the costs)

Also got any dyno graphs?
